We walk your kitchen
If the project sounds like a fit, we schedule a 90-minute walkthrough at your home. We check the electrical panel, probe for moisture, assess the wall you want removed, and ask the questions that let us write a number that actually means something. See our full process guide.

Planning for next spring, exploring for next year, or ready now — tells us how to pace the conversation. We don’t pressure anyone into a timeline they’re not ready for.
Common Questions Before Reaching Out
How quickly will you respond to a quote request?
Most quote requests get a response within one business day, Monday through Saturday. We read every submission personally — there’s no automated reply system. Weekend submissions get a response first thing Monday.
Do you charge for the walkthrough or quote?
No. The walkthrough and the quote are free. We don’t charge for our time until you’ve signed a contract and work has begun. If we walk your kitchen and the project isn’t a fit, we’ll tell you honestly and you owe us nothing.
What areas do you serve?
All Portland neighborhoods — SE, NE, NW, SW, and North Portland — plus Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Tigard, and most of the Portland metro area. If you’re within a reasonable distance and the project is a fit, we’ll come out. Ask us if you’re not sure about your location.
Are you licensed and insured?
